Shipping/Handling

Prices do not include shipping costs of any kind. Minimum shipping charge for any order is $7.50, please inquire for shipping rate estimates. All packages are shipped via U.P.S. except for packages exceeding U.P.S. limits. Any package sent via U.P.S. must go to a street adddress only. U.P.S. will not deliver to a P.O. box without an additional street address. All packages are subject to handling charges of not less than $2.00 per package.

C.O.D.

The C.O.D. charge for U.P.S. is $10.00 per package. Prepaid packages are not charged a C.O.D. fee. U.P.S. no longer accepts cash and we do not accept personal or company checks as a form of payment. All C.O.D.s must be paid for with a cashiers check or money order for the exact amount. No other forms of payment for C.O.D.s will be accepted. Expedited shipments (3-day, 2nd day, Overnight) are not sent C.O.D. and must be prepaid.

Payments and Terms for Phone Orders

All parts must be paid by Visa/Master/Discover Card, Cashiers Check or Money Order. We do not accept personal or business checks. For first time buyers any orders shipped will be sent to the address your credit card statements are delivered to. If the address you give us does not match the address your credit card company has on file we will not ship the parts. Once we have verified your address by shipping you your first order to that address verified by your credit car company we will be glad to ship future parts orders anywhere you like.

Oversized Packages

Any order/package exceeding U.P.S. limits will be shipped by an alternate carrier and must be pre-paid in full or shipped freight collect. Most packages that are shipped other than U.P.S either because of size or weight must be crated. These are usually body parts. Quarter panels, for example would need to be crated. We ship via Basaw, Inc., within the continental United States. If you prefer another carrier we will be glad to accomodate you. Shipping and crating fees for crated items will be quoted by Basaw or the company you choose to ship and crate the parts and will depend on weight, size, and shipping destination.

Overseas Orders

Overseas customers must inquire for shipping quotes. Overseas orders and orders outside of the continental United States must be prepaid in full. We accept credit cards, bank transfer, cashiers checks, or other certified funds.

Refused or Damaged Shipments

All shipments damaged enroute are fully gauranteed and will be replaced accordingly. Inspect packages carefully and immediately notify the shipper as well as T-birds by Nick of any damage. It is your responsibility to inspect the package and contents as soon as it arrives. We will not honor warranties after the warranty expires even the parts are still new and unused because you didnt inspect your parts.

Customers who refuse C.O.D. packages will be placed on prepaid status only. Subsequent ordes must be prepaid and will include any shipping and handling charges which occurred on previously refused C.O.D. orders. No exceptions. U.P.S. charges us both the shipping fee and the C.O.D. fee even if the package is returned.

Guarantees & Refunds

All parts are guaranteed against defects for 90 days. All refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase. A copy of the receipt must accompany the returned parts. No refunds on electrical parts, literature, or any part that has been installed or damaged. All returns are subject up to a 20% restocking fee.
